Long Synopsis: The Leadership & Management Accelerator is a two-day intensive designed to help dealership leaders move from reactive management to intentional, accountable leadership. Built specifically for automotive retail, this program combines practical leadership frameworks with real-world dealership application.
On Day One, participants examine the roles and responsibilities of dealership leadership, including the distinction between Owner Mode and Operator Mode. Through discussion and assessment, leaders evaluate their current approach and identify opportunities for growth. The program then focuses on daily leadership disciplines, managing performance, leading through accountability, handling difficult conversations, and driving results through metrics rather than micromanagement. The day concludes with the development of a personalized 30-60-90 Day Change Plan to immediately implement improvements.
Day Two addresses one of the most pressing issues in automotive retail — turnover. Participants explore the true cost of employee turnover and the connection between onboarding, training, culture, and retention. The course concludes with strategies for developing internal talent, strengthening bench depth, and creating a sustainable leadership culture that supports long-term dealership success.
