During this comprehensive two-day and in-person workshop, you will learn highly effective strategies for marketing, sales, deal structure, underwriting, collections, and asset management designed to help dealers start and grow an in-house finance program the right way. NIADA’s BHPH New Dealer Academy is an immersive class focused on the key drivers to operate a BHPH business successfully.

You will learn highly effective marketing, sales, deal structure, underwriting, collections, and asset management strategies designed to help dealers start and grow an in-house finance program correctly. Specific topics include:

Highly effective sales and marketing strategies
Critical steps to effective deal structure and underwriting
How to maximize collections and asset management activities
How to start and grow an in-house finance program the right way

Plus, you will receive a training workbook, a template for designing an internal policies and procedures manual, operational forms for critical activities, and a cash flow and profitability analysis based on their specific BHPH business model.

About Your Instructors

The class is led by Industry experts Ben Goodman and Bill Elizondo, NIADA Senior 20 Group Moderators, Trainers, and Consultants. Combined, Ben and Bill have more than 50 years of experience working in the subprime and BHPH markets, including highly successful tenures with Byrider and America’s Car-Mart, two of the largest BHPH groups in the U.S. From running a single BHPH store to managing multiple points, Ben and Bill’s leadership and expert understanding of every BHPH discipline significantly improved the operational performance at every stop along the way.

Two full days of training. Boxed lunches will be provided for all registered attendees.

Directions and Check-In:

Note: There are three towers that make up The Towers at Williams Square. Make sure you enter the center tower, valet parking is located on the lake-side of the center tower and is an easy way to figure out where you are. All towers are connected via a walkway on the main floor if you happen to enter the wrong tower.

Check-in at the main desk on the 11^th floor (all guests will be pre-registered) and the receptionist will direct you to the correct conference room.
A badge is required to access the NIADA office space (please let me know if access will be needed).
There is printer access in the public space.
