NIADA's BHPH/LHPH Service Management course is a comprehensive in-person 1.5 day training ideal for BHPH/LHPH owners, general managers, or service managers looking to improve their internal processes and general operating guidelines. This training will guide you through operational efficiency, customer service, and increasing product value through interactive discussions, lectures, tools, and templates.    

Key Objectives:   

  • Structure BHPH/LHPH service department personnel effectively.  
  • Manage inventory through the reconditioning process efficiently. 
  • Minimize comebacks by maintaining adequate quality control procedures. 
  • Balance costs/production, eliminating downtime via improved scheduling & parts ordering processes. 
  • Maximize service-to-sales revenue opportunities with ongoing customer engagement.  

About Your Instructor:

The class is led by Industry expert Ben Goodman, NIADA Senior 20 Group Moderator, Trainer, and Consultant. Ben has spent nearly 30 years training and leading high-achieving sales teams in the subprime and BHPH markets, including 11 years with the nation's largest BHPH franchise. From running a single BHPH store to managing multiple points, Ben's leadership and expert understanding of every BHPH discipline significantly improved the operational performance at every stop.

Lunch is provided. Plus, you will receive a workbook with templates for your dealership.

Time

Course schedule: 

Day One: 9 am - 5 pm

Day Two: 9 am - 12 pm (Total contact hours=12)
