Hotel Cancellation Policy

We will accept cancellation of individual reservations made up to 72 hours before arrival, and refund the deposit for those rooms for the full night's stay.

Individual reservations can be called in to 1-800-767-7777 and reference the F3 Premier Dealer Finance Group. They can also book reservations through the Marriott website using the link below which will automatically load the group dates and booking code. Reservations must be booked no later than December 30, 2025 to receive the group RATE of $249.00 per night. The nightly Resort Fee has been WAIVED for your group. Attendees must book reservations within the group block to receive this special concession. Please be advised, when booking reservations, guests may be made aware of our normal nightly Resort Fee of $25.00. But, again, this fee has been waived for the F3 Premier Dealer Finance Group and will be applied at check-in.
