Description
The automotive world has changed and will continue to change. Focusing on the fundamentals that build success are critical to success regardless of change. In this course, participants will learn the fundamentals of sales from productive goal setting to interactive follow-up after the sale, and everything in between. Ben Goodman, Sr. 20 Group Moderator and Consultant will walk participants through each of the fundamentals to creating success as a salesperson.
How is the class conducted?
NIADA’s Sales Management Fundamentals workshop is a comprehensive full day 7-hour workshop to minimize time away from the dealership.

Who is the instructor?
The class is led by Industry expert Ben Goodman, NIADA Senior 20 Group Moderator, Trainer, and Consultant. Ben has spent nearly 30 years training and leading high-achieving sales teams in the subprime and BHPH markets, including 11 years with the nation’s largest BHPH franchise. From running a single BHPH store to managing multiple points, Ben’s leadership and expert understanding of every BHPH discipline significantly improved the operational performance at every stop along the way.
