NIADA’s Retail Sales Manager "Train the Trainer" Workshop educates sales managers on the difficulty in establishing training in a used car environment and how to overcome it, how to manage floor traffic and sales associate efforts more effectively, the importance of the demo drive and feature presentation, how to facilitate long-term customer loyalty, and how to maximize F&I opportunities.

How is the class conducted?

NIADA’s Retail Sales Manager course is a comprehensive Full day “Train the Trainer” workshop conducted on one date. The class is conducted in person at the Virginia IADA office.

February 25, 2025, 9AM - 5PM EST.

About your instructor

The class is led by Industry expert Ed Curry, NIADA Senior 20 Group Moderator, Trainer, and Consultant. Ed has over 20 years of experience working in the franchise and independent dealerships and another 20 years of experience managing some of the largest dealer groups in the country.
